To start the live broadcast, the claim taker simply activates the live-expert app and connects online with one of our car experts. After a few clicks, the video live review can begin. To do this, the expert will direct the loss taker around the damaged vehicle. During the live broadcast, the car expert sits in front of two screens in the live-expert center. The live video stream is transmitted in real time to one of the two monitors of the expert. The expert triggers the required photos for the documentation itself during the transfer and simultaneously creates the damage calculation on the second screen at the same time. After about 20-45 minutes, the calculation is available as a sound basis for decision-making.
