Connectify allows you to exchange ideas with colleagues from other departments and companies, expand your international network, and benefit from the experiences of others. Around 600 employees from across the Group already use the tool and regularly get to know other colleagues through new “matchings," for example, during a virtual coffee break or an exchange over lunch. A profile in Connectify can be created quickly with just a few clicks. Then all you have to do is select your preferred languages and specify the desired frequency of exchange, and you're ready to go.

On Monday, December 22, at 6:00 a.m., a special matching or raffle will take place. All employees who have registered with a profile in Connectify by this time and have checked the box for the “Connectify Special" will be entered into a raffle to meet with Chief Human Resources Officer Inga Dransfeld-Haase. The date for the personal exchange will then be coordinated.
